No sense of understanding if a client walks in, they probably have a need, and it comes off like you’re interrupting their day to help. Spent an hour going through new plan options, told a price multiple times, and then to find out the staff member I was working with didn’t know how the program worked and got to the pay screen and the price was $30 a month more. Be interested in your customer. Know your product.

I went to return it they would not exchange it without a box said I needed to call Verizon. I called Verizon they sent me a used phone. Went back into Verizon and they wouldn't give me a new phone i had to keep the used one. So now I'm paying the full price of new phone for a used phone. I'd say the managers at this location need a new job where customers matter. This is theft.
