I went to return it they would not exchange it without a box said I needed to call Verizon. I called Verizon they sent me a used phone. Went back into Verizon and they wouldn't give me a new phone i had to keep the used one. So now I'm paying the full price of new phone for a used phone. I'd say the managers at this location need a new job where customers matter. This is theft.

I didn't catch the gentlemen's name that did service for me but he was very professional and complimented on my OnePlus which that made me feel happy that I'm chose right phone and that Verizon's in person experience still doesn't convince them to leave them.
