I am trying to switch to cricket (and now seeing why I should) cricket is asking for a number transfer pin, that straight talk provided me. I have entered the pin, and keep receiving messages that I need to re enter. Called cricket in Moultrie, one of the lady's give me a 1800 number in which I called, (you have to be a cricket customer in order to speak to a representative) so that's out the window because I'm currently trying to switch. Called Moultrie store back, a different lady picks up, and asks me what's going on, when I told her, she asked me you don't have a friend with cricket, I stated no, but since you work at cricket you do, let me use your number. She said I don't use cricket. And hung up. No help at all. Do not recommend if your trying to switch phone carriers.

Yesenia was knowledgeable with the help of the other to get me situated with getting added to a line. I was even able to get a new phone without having to pay a ridiculous price. Yesenia was so gracious enough to get me installed and made sure I kept my same number!! I am so grateful for their patience in getting me transferred! I’m hopefully to be able to enjoy cricket wireless!
