I went to Walmart bought a cricket wireless phone moto g stylus and a$55 refill card. Went home tried to activate tried for like 3 hrs so I call the support line which was a waste of time it ask would you like to activate said yes then it tells me to enter my cricket wireless number well I don't have one yet cause phone ain't activated. So then I call the cricket wireless store lady there told me I had to bring the phone to them to activate and it will cost me $80 more dollars on top of $150 phone $55 refill card. Says she can't activate the brand new cricket wireless sims card that comes with my brand new phone cause it didn't come from her store. This is the worst wireless company I have ever been with. This is the only PRE PAID CELL COMPANY that if you stop using and go back at another time you will have a bill!! Tell me how that works
