- GGGloria Gary3 days ago1.0Visit this store on 1/9/2026 after speaking with customer service, because they couldn’t get access to my account, allowing them to help with a hacked replacement phone that went back to the Verizon warehouse.. I arrived at the store to get help and was told that there were two customers ahead of me, and it would be about fifteen minutes. I waited during that time the manager was helping one customer and the other customer after about ten minutes left. The manager completed the first customer order, I’m thinking I would be next, he walked the customer to the door standing there looking all around for the customer that had already left. I couldn’t believe he was standing at the door, and I said to him the other customer left about ten minutes ago, he said well I just want to make sure. I said to him is this something new Verizon is doing looking for customers outside of the store unbelievable, and he responded well I wanted to see if they had left, and I said they left ten minutes ago. After all I was told he couldn’t do a replacement order, I would’ve to take my phone to a corporate store unbelievable. What happened to common sense customer service
