- PUPrivate UserOct 19, 20251.0Went there to pick up a device that should have been ready hours ago and they gave me the run around that they were waiting on a pending order when they could have called originally. Then I came back an hour later and they fed me the same bs . Not sure if they just too lazy to go get my order prepared but they were fully staffed for a corporate store and unsure as to why they continued to waste my time. I came back the next day to pick up my order , no problems and they got it for me quickly, but they could have been more servicing and helpful on Sunday when I needed it the most. This is a corporate store and I expect much better response than the standard "we have it in the back, but the order is still being fullfilled". Welllll, that's because, it takes time to print the fullfillment order and get it linked to the phone that is ordered. I felt that they were extra nice to new customers that were asking them questions than a walk in that has given his business to Verizon for over 10 years. Having me wait all day, to receive the email that it was ready at the store at 6pm (When the STORE is closed is NOT acceptable)

I can’t remember if he was either on his watch, phone or using pods but I do know that I could heard the other “gentleman” on the line. Shortly after looking into my account he told me I’d have to call the support line and he couldn’t help. When I got home and called support they told me that they couldn’t help and that I needed to go into the store. Yea, I wasn’t about to play these games with Verizon so I just ended up canceling all the lines. But I do feel that this store does needs additional training on customer service.

The mcdonough "store" holds no integrity and it's very obvious the only thing the employees of this establishment care about is making a few extra dollars by decieving customers. We were told so many things that were not true and we were signed into a binding contract based on false information. After recieving our first bill it has increased by over $100 from what the sales rep told us in store, being lied to and told the devices would be free then oweing over $1000. Highly disappointed and disrespected by this store. Seeing other reviews and the responses to those reviews from this store is a joke, they have no concern for any customers. These employees are very greedy, negative, and are just all out a disgusting way to be as humans taking advantage of people by blatantly lying. This store should be permanently closed or completely change out all management and reps that work here. Please don't respond to this review pretending to have integrity when that's simply not the case. Sorry to anyone else who has had a similar experience here.

Would not even let me speak and continued to say the same things over and over again even though the issue they were addressing was not the issue I was experiencing. Put me on hold and never can back to the call. Would not even provide the insurance protection information that I pay for each month when requested, they could not even hear me ask for it because they would I not allow me to speak. Disappointed at where customer service has gone over the years Will change providers as soon as possible. MCDonough GA location staff was awful.
