Upgrade eligible for an existing customer and when I asked how much it would be to upgrade my phone the price is outrageous. I have also called to ask for help and the lady that answers the phone doesn't seem knowledgeable enough to answer any questions about any phones. Now I have found another company that I will be looking into because they offer unlimited data and not just 10GB of data for less than $35.00 a month which I'm paying by paying for multi months at a time for savings. Cricket has become a just pay for your service and no customer service yet every time I walk into this store I'm hounded to buy a better phone regardless.
