It is not a simple process to make the swap with all the previous guarantees and rewards that I was given for my previous purchase. Old plans go away and new plans come in so making a straight swap is never easy. He handled all of that and much more. He also knew about the aftermarket products and how to navigate their websites. True old school, excellent customer service! Well done, Todd!
