I began searching for some type of collar to use as fencing our property was too expensive. Lots of options, but nothing sounded like it would work 100% of the time without alot of issues and terrible customer support. Our neighbor suggested Invisible Fence as he has had it for years for his poodle. I reached out to Invisible Fence and got in touch with Helene Kirkley. She scheduled time to come out to our home for a non-obligation consultation and suggested the best option for our property and our boy. From the moment she arrived, I knew we were making the best decision for Gus, and us! Helene walked us through all of the steps and set up all of our appointments that same day. In a few short weeks, we were set up and Gus was already learning his fence! Isaiah came out to begin Gus’ training and Chip was out to install our fence quickly. Everyone has been wonderful and the customer service has been superb. They are all quick to respond to any questions we have had and we couldn’t ask for anything better. If you are in the market for a fencing solution for your dog, you will not be disappointed! Ask for Helene Kirkley for your Lead Pet Consultant! She is wonderful as well as Isaiah and Chip!

Helene was fabulous in exposing the system from her initial visit and her follow-up communication was fabulous. I’d recommend this Boundary Pius system to anyone!
