They wouldn’t even let me ask my question. I live 40 minutes away from this store ( I wanted to go because I had a pleasant experience with Bernard Grant with buying a new phone, he was friendly and very helpful, why I gave this post 2 stars instead of 1, he wasn’t answering on his cell so I assumed he had the day off so I called the store) but due to how I was treated after the 2 phone calls I went to a different store because I was shaking in anger. When I arrived they literally called a number and was able to do everything over the phone. Didn’t even need an associate. I have never been treated so badly at a Verizon store or any store before. I work in the customer service industry so I’m lenient and understanding when things happen but this experience The customer service was a disgrace. I said thank you, I was being nice, even though they didn’t give me any time to explain my situation. I didn’t even get a “your welcome” or a “goodbye” I got a dial tone. I’m considering changing plans. The way I was disrespected was something else. Let’s just say they’re lucky I’m 40 minutes away or they would’ve had to deal with my husband “coming in the store” and he’s not as friendly as I am. I called at 1:55pm today (12/2/25)

I was having issues with my I-16 Pro Max and was directed by Verizon help desk to go to the store for another phone. When I got to the store the rep told me I had to take it up with Apple since I didn’t have a warranty with Verizon. 16 years as a customer means nothing to these people. I chose to head to the nearest exit.
