If you’re looking for excellent customer service, I highly recommend visiting this location! Assistant Manager Truly Daye was amazing — she quickly resolved an issue I had from another store located at 2570 Blackmon Drive, where the service had been disappointing. Ms. Jasmine at that location could definitely benefit from some customer service training. If I could give Truly Daye 100 stars, I would — the system only allows 5, but she truly deserves more!

I hope your new and just didn’t know how an early upgrade worked, because if not, she’s desperate for sales, and the store is going under. I was doing her job driving back and forth talking with the lavista location to figure out what was supposed to happen. Just so you remember, you don’t pay off your old phone for an early upgrade if the phone has been 50% paid off and is in good condition, then you can upgrade to a new one. Kai, I hope you find a more professional store.

Down to earth and her willingness to help make sure my kids & I received the best deal was her top priority! We had a small bump in the road but the assistant manager Truelly was great and made sure I was able to get my phones that day!! Customer Service was Superb!!! If I could give the store 10 stars I would !!! Thanks Ladies!!!
