We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, our T-Mobile monthly bill was $146 a month, we went in to Verizon to get new phones and watches, were quoted at $170 a month with our trade ins. We received our first bill for $408 , were told that activation fees would be waved, they never were. Our trade ins were never applied, it was a headache to get this fixed. Were then apologized to and told our new monthly bill would be $207, then called a few days later to say $220 and had to find out on my own that it will actually now be $249 a month. They were $79 off in their estimation. Would have NEVER agreed to that number, but here we are. Don’t know how the math can be so off, but hey, anything to get a sale! Also, after paying our first bill, we received a notice that they added an additional $46 charge that is now late….. what is this charge for? No explanation. I feel like I was robbed. Very shady things going on. Highly disappointed and frustrated at this point. Feel like I can’t trust anything these people say

I went in because I had messed mine and my son’s phones up the day before and couldn’t use either. I walked out a short time later with a new phone, cheaper plan with more benefits! She was very polite, nice and efficient. Jessica answered all of my questions with ease.
