Every associate was courteous, knowledgeable and eager to assist. The wait times were minimal and the store was very clean and organized. I cannot say enough about the service and patience Donnell provided our family after a recent unpleasant experience with another provider. It was a very welcomed and needed change. I look forward to developing a relationship with this location and Verizon for many years to come. Job well done to the entire staff of this location!
