He transferred two of my lines from AT&T and I ended up getting a watch as well and he made sure that I got the best deals possible. I did not feel like I was rushed, and I was given all of the information that I needed as well as all of my answers to my questions. Him and the other gentleman in there were both so kind the entire time I was there, even after I witnessed them being verbally abused by a customer who was in the wrong. They still told her to drive safe and said God bless before she left when honestly, she was so rude. To experience all of this in the time that I had been there because I was there for about three hours it showed a lot about their customer service. It took a long time for my phone number to be transferred from AT&T because I could not find some of the information needed to make the transfer, but rather than pushing me out and telling me to come back later, they allowed me to sit there and wait for everything to be completed. I have never been so pleased with an interaction at any phone company, and I have been to them all not to mention I worked for one. Thank you so much Robert for your kindness and thank you for representing this location so well and making me feel as though I wasn’t just another number or another sale.

He stayed after his shift was over to make sure all was working before we left the store!! I recommend Robert to anyone thinking about going to Verizon!
