- AGAllison Giddens6 days ago5.0This morning, when I came into my work, our internet was down. I'll keep the gory details to a minimum, but basically, AT&T screwed up, royally. I have been meaning to get a backup internet for months. We used to have one, but I dumped it because it was Comcast and too expensive. In a panic, I called the Verizon store on Barrett Parkway and asked if they had any of the jetpacks in stock for me to come get something set up, for me to limp along. I spoke with Byran, who said they did. I went in a couple minutes before 10am, and Byran and his trainee, Avery, helped me get a business account set up and business internet (instead of the jet pack thingy). The price was less than I'm paying for AT&T. Even though the speed didn't look like it was going to match that, it was SOMETHING, and I just needed something to get us back online. Within 90 minutes, I was on my way back to the office. By 2pm, with my IT team's help, we were back up and going. During that 90 minutes, the Verizon team (Byran and Avery, specifically) were terrific. They kept me posted as to what was happening next, they gave me lots of options, and they worked quickly and professionally. Made me proud to be a Verizon personal customer, and now I feel like being a business customer is long overdue. Oh, and by the way - even though the internet speeds were slower on paper with Verizon, they seem to be MUCH faster than what my AT&T had been promising me, sooooo...

My fiancé and I went in to upgrade 2 phones to new iPhones, add a line, and transfer 3 numbers to a new account. We ran into some issues when working with Verizon on the phone. Raven and Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed, even staying after their closing time. Highly recommend this location for all your phone/tech needs.

- BBBrittanySep 18, 20255.0I had to visit the store to return some products that Verizon Shipped me extras of and tried to charge me for although the customer service representatives we spoke to over the phone, multiple times assured us that we would not receive extras and trying to deal with the incompetent and rude phone reps was out of question. When visiting the store, it had a very welcoming and friendly vibe and the representatives Byron and Todd made sure to take the time to address our needs including having to call support to address the issues at hand. They were courteous, friendly and made sure no issues were left unresolved. Verizon as a whole, is absolutely horrible with phone reps, communication, pricing, service and so much more but this store is the only reason I haven't switched yet! I would not recommend Verizon as a company to anyone but if you are currently locked in your contract or do enjoy Verizon I would recommend this location over any 4-5 hour unresolved phone call.
