    I don’t usually do reviews but I was reminded when my nephew called me about helping his mom get him a phone. I stopped by maybe a week or so ago. Sydney took great care of me! She was a pleasure to work with. I came in with just a few questions for a family member, and she was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of the fact that I was in a rush. She explained everything clearly without any pressure and made it a great experience. I will definitely be recommending her to my nephew’s mom and encouraging her to come to this location specifically so she receives the same level of care, especially since she has anxiety.

    I walked in to check options and prices for a new phone. I felt very unwelcome, after a guys asked me if I need help he start asking me question and because I was not the manager of the account he basically can’t share any prices or promotions. Look like they do not want to work, I said can you image that I am a new customer with Verizon because you are a salesman show me prices and promos. He was very disconnected and doesn’t even want to talk. I walked out and come back like 40 minutes later and the same guy I think his name is Baron, attended me. Same vibe, not friendly and not interested in anything about my interests. He checks what he needs to but I asked if I can check the 2 options phone I like and he said not. Go to Best Buy or something. How the more expensive the home company is so poorly in customer services?! Bye to this store, after I was checking the models and I hear some laughing and I am pretty sure was about me. Very disappointed and disrespectful! Do not lost your time and go to another location.

    I came in for what I thought would be a simple drop off for a trade in as I was told by a Verizon online agent that I can drop it off at this location (Verizon never sent me the shipping label, a box, and instructions). When I drove 30+ minutes to this location, I was told by the agent here that they couldn’t process my trade in drop off here. So, what should have been pretty easy became complicated as he had to go back and get a box, send me the shipping label which then I had to email it to him, etc. And why does it take more than few minutes to grab a box and print out the label??? I then had to drop the phone off myself at a UPS. Pretty ridiculous for something Verizon should have done right the first time by sending me the shipping label, box, and instructions. Definitely disappointing and a waste of my time.

    We just spent most of our day with the wonderful LaTonya. She helped us move our business from a competitor that we have been with for almost 20 years. She was extremely patient and kind. Our phones were old, so they took hours (not kidding) to transfer the data over and she never got annoyed or impatient. She didn’t pretend to have all of the answers and had no problem taking the time to find them. We felt heard, understood and appreciated. I can’t say how the cell tower service is or how back office support is as of yet, but LaTonya has our business. She is a true gem!
