She claimed she corrected the problem but didn’t reduce by bill. Overpayment not credited. Now it is the end of August and one last attempt to correct my bill so I went to the Hoschton Verizon store. Finally I met someone personable and knowledgeable. I had been paying for my 2 free phone when I switch from AT&T in December for the past 5 months. The Hoschton store made a call to the right person and my problem has been corrected. I highly recommend this location
