  DO NOT ever place an online order for pick-up in store at this location. This Victra location will ignore the online order. I placed one early Saturday morning for pick up in an hour. I waited all day, and there was no pick up email. Went by the store in the evening and they said even though they had the phone in stock they would not fulfill the order because they had to keep the phones for "walk-in" customers. They said I could call verizon and cancel my online order and then come back in store and purchase it in store. If you search for Victra on Reddit you'll see this is a known issue with Victra Verizon stores. I don't even know why Verizon still gives the option to pick up in store at Victra stores, since they will ignore the order. I spent all day Sunday back and forth with Verizon support assuring me they would make the store fill the order, and by late afternoon they cancelled the order and I will have to drive an hour away to a corporate store to get the phone. Oh and the cancellation takes several days to complete. What a mess all caused by Victra refusing to fulfill the pick up in store orders.

  I have never given a one star review in my life, but this has been so bad I have to share. The only reason there’s even one star is because of Mel. Other than Mel, everything about this place is 0 stars. My husband and I (with our baby) waited 2 hours to be helped because the other employee supposed to be there decided to leave. We even helped customers sitting next to us try and resolve their issues while we waited. Since then, Verizon has been an absolute nightmare to work with. Still owes me $149 even after I’ve been calling for over a month and a half. I’m, of course, unable to reach the store directly (because some call center always answers) even when requesting a call back.
