I went to the main location for help and they told me how to do it but with multiple steps, when I got home, I couldn't remember all the steps. They seemed more interested in getting through all the customer requests, rather than solving the problems of their customers. So I stopped by the new location on Crescent Dr., next to Dunkin Donuts and found Lisa. She was alone in the store with two other customers but immediately welcomed me to the store, then asked how she could help. I told her my story and she said, "I can do that for you." Within 3 minutes, I was on my way. I was astounded. I said, "that's it?" and Lisa said, "Yes sir!" Lisa was warm and friendly, smiling the whole time she was helping me! She was helping others, but wasn't afraid to help me at the same time once she realized mine was a simple fix. First time I've seen that in a phone store, Verizon or others. The folks on Dawsonville Rd. could use some of Lisa's people skills and work ethic! She was focused on customer service and I really appreciated it! Need something, simple or complex? Go see Lisa and she'll get you taken care of!
