- EMEd MorganNov 7, 20251.0My experience upgrading my phone (paid online, picked up in-store) was a complete disaster. I paid the $30 service fee and was quoted 30-60 minutes. It took nearly TWO HOURS total. Staff were unprofessional, taking 15 minutes to acknowledge me while they were laughing in the back. After the excessive wait, my phone was handed back with the cell service transfer incomplete. I had to ask for help twice to fix this fundamental issue. Worst of all, the Store Manager looked directly at me, yelled "bye" to her staff, and walked out while I was clearly having problems and waiting for assistance. The lack of care and professionalism from management down is shocking. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I was behind three other people who have not been helped or acknowledged in any way. They must be understaffed. The normal location I go to in Tullahoma has six to eight different csrs helping people. And if they aren't they are taking their name down. Literally go to any other store
