She was on the shorter side with long straight black hair. This store has went down hill. They want to sale or cost you money instead of helping you lower or resolve. She stood there and argued with me that I was not on the 55+ plan while I had the guy on the phone from the # She gave me stating clearly that I was in fact on the plan.

First of all, she has an outstanding personality. She was so helpful in assisting us with some problems we had transferring from the other company. She was very attentive to our questions and always made sure we got our questions answered. Aubrey is definitely an asset to this location. I hope she gets a bonus or a raise for her dedication to top notch customer service!
