    This is the sorriest Verizon store in the company, I’m whole-heartedly convinced. The team members have no knowledge of what they’re doing and will tell you they can’t walk you through basic account questions and that the brick and mortar stores are really only for sales. This experience helped eliminate my hesitation to go to another mobile carrier.

    Horrible experience today . Manager Nicole stood on the wall while I was interacting with another worker. The worker was unable to answer any of my questions. Then she approached us saying that customers did not need to hear our conversation. She intervened with a very negative response and energy was on 10. She was entitled because of her role and obviously has not had any customer service training. I’ve been a customer for 21 yrs and expected better service and communication especially from the store manager. I was charged for a phone that I never authorized and she turned she story around and said her workers would never do that and she didn’t appreciate me saying that. She left and went to the back but when I found the new number pending on my bill to prove to her - she refused to come back after realizing I was right and she was wrong. She was a poor listener and I’ll go to Camp Creek the next time .

    Horrible had me there for over an hour waiting for my order telling me my order is not ready. It’s not ready when the manager came out. Got my information went to the back then came out with my order. It’s just unprofessional and ghetto.
