Not a good experience here. We upgraded from iPhone 11s to new iPhone 17s. At our first visit we chose new phones and our salesman put new screen protectors and protective cases on both phones telling us it was free/included in the exchange. When we got home and printed our receipt from the website, they had charged us $253.96 for the cases and protectors. We went back and questioned the charges and TJ said they would be credited to our bill. We went online and checked our account, and they only credited us $200.00. They also managed to put a fraudulent phone/number on our account. We have 2 lines, and our bill showed 3; a phone number we've never seen. So then it was a phone call to Verizon to remove the fraudulent phone/number. This is a Victra reseller store for Verizon, and we have big questions about the integrity of this vendor, and would not do business there again. We've been Verizon customers for about 20 years, and it shouldn't take this many hours of life to upgrade iPhones.

An employee of theirs lied to me, theft by deception if you will, and it cost me $852! This character's name was Adam. Apparently he has been fired now for ripping off customers. The bad part is, the employees here. When I told them about this did very little to absolutely nothing. They told me to report this to the other Verizon store which is a corporate location. They had zero desire to help me. When I went to the corporate location they told me the same thing. They said best case scenario, Verizon will only give me $852 in credit for my account. Which is absolutely a lie. You mean to tell me 0 that $127 billion company has no way to pay someone? I'm supposed to believe that? It has been a month now, five phone calls later, and still I have not even received the credit let alone the money.
The employees here could have at least submitted a ticket for me. Letting a higher up know, or the store owner know what the issue is. I even offered them money for help, or to purchase a phone with the $852 in credit, which they would have received a commission on.

Don’t come here at all. I came in yesterday trying to get a new line and new phone. The guy didn’t ask me what plan I wanted, nothing about my plan. He filled everything out his self and wanted me to pay way more than what I was quoted online and on the customer service line. He asked me “do I have the card” to pay the bill and I asked to see receipt of everything and he was very hesitant and scrolled through really fast and I got the iPad to see what all was on the receipt. And he added a whole bunch of services I didn’t want/need. He added a screen protector for $66.99 and when asked about this he said I have to buy a screen protector in order to buy a phone. I have never heard of that before at all and he is very wrong. They was trying to get over on me and scam me. Good thing I looked at receipt and made sure what I was paying. Very bad customer service and he tried to get over on me. Save your money and go to an actual Verizon store where they won’t scam you.

September 1, 2025 I went into the store in desperate need to urgently replace a lost phone. When my father lost his cell phone, I stopped in and was encouraged to add an additional line which I was told would get me an additional phone at no additional cost for the phone. I also received projections about my next payment due and monthly phone bill. These were so egregiously inaccurate that I would have to call it straight out lies. Furthermore, after leaving the store, the receipt I received for my transaction had my name but the address and the last 4 numbers of the credit card on the receipt were not mine. In spite of my having provided my driver's license. This reflects a serious need for additional training of staff. This series of negative experiences resulted in my cancel/reverse everything I purchased. Never again.
