    Quincy and TJ had an amazing customer service today when my husband and I visited the store! We were immediately greeted with smiles and assisted. We told them our issues and not only did they fix it but offered multiple options. This will be our go to store whenever we need assistance with our service. Thank you guys so much!

    This store is absolutely phenomenal!, Quincy and TJ are amazing!, They’ve helped out with any technical difficulties as well as any situation going on with my bill! There has been times where the Store has been busy, and they have been able to manage and multitask with each and every customer! I’ve also noticed and witnessed customers coming in mad about their bill, they were able to de-escalate the situation and fix the customers problem! I honestly believe that they should get a pay raise for how professional They are and the way they carry themselves as well as the store! This is the best store on the south side!, I will be Letting all of my family and friends know to come see Quincy and TJ! Thank you, Verizon!
