    I had a wonderful experience at Verizon today! TORI provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service! She was friendly, efficient, so helpful and patient. Also, I really appreciated her honesty in helping me choose a plan that my family actually needs. She provided very clear instructions & line item quotes & comparisons to help me make an informed decision. So thankful & I will be reaching out to Tori again very soon- likely to switch my internet service to Verizon after she explained my cost savings. Thank you Tori!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼☺️☺️

    Eric Windgrove is a superb customer advisor. He has now assisted me on three occasions. At 72 l am not tech savvy, but Eric's patience and explanatory clarity have guided me through spells of confusion about the operation of my account that would otherwise have led me to close it out in favor of a different provider. He should be promoted and rewarded for his skill in customer relations and the genuine pleasure he takes in helping people.

    Very bad service especially for a Senior Store Manager named Jennifer!! This place only cares about sales. They don’t want to help with Any problems or fixes to current account holders. Even after calling customer services, which advised me to go into the Verizon store to fix the issue I had, the Senior Store Manager Jennifer still refused to help me. Jennifer advised me to call customer service again and have them figure it out. I asked if she would go thru the call with me so I don’t have to come back in and she look at me and said no she will not do it. How is this possible!!! How do we get to this point of being publicly disrespected. For a customer that has been loyal to Verizon for over 10 years, never a late payment, definitely does not deserves this kind of treatment! Jennifer can clearly see this information when she pulls my account up. Before Verizon I was with At&T, had a similar issue with them over time and switched to Verizon, now I am seriously researching another provider. If Verizon does not get its act together and holds its managers accountable for customer service, they are going to loose a lot of customers! These Manaagers represent Verizon.

    Not a reflection of Verizon as a whole, just one employee I was really excited to finally pick up the new iPhone I’d been waiting on for weeks, but my experience with Lerissa at this Verizon store was very disappointing. From the start, she was rude and condescending, asking things like “Are you comprehending what I’m saying?” in a belittling tone. From the moment I walked in, it felt as though she was speaking down to me rather than helping me. I want to be clear that this experience does not reflect my opinion of Verizon as a company. I’ve generally had positive experiences with other employees. They always greet me with a smile and act like they’re there to help! However, based on this encounter, I would strongly recommend working with someone else if you visit this location.
