- DCDavid ClementsJun 5, 20251.0The store was very dirty and unorganized, the manager was very rude to the employee that was trying to help me. I know the employee was new but it seemed very unprofessional for him to act the way he did towards the employee. The manager took over mostly and tried to scam me by saying I already had protection and nothing was going to change but when I got home and checked it was an additional 30 dollar charge that I didn’t have before and the personal hot spot has a 10 monthly charge that I did not want. He tried to rush through all of that thinking I wouldn’t care. I quickly had those charges removed. I will never ever go to that store again, I will drive 45 miles to the nearest store from now on. The floors were dirty and store was very unkept. I was so disappointed in the service.

I did that and then they tolf me Id need to pay appoximately 600 dollars down for the device I wanted. Needless to say, I walked out without a phone. I probably could have bought one from Anazon for cheaper than that.
