If you don't sign in, you don't get helped. Once you sign in, everyone is busy. Only 1 customer ahead of my sign in. I did let, whom I assume was manager, know I was in for an upgrade. 20 minutes later, ive looked over the store 3 times. I've noticed the smaller sales floor and very structured offerings.
When I turned to walk out, then I was asked how can they help, nearly chasing me down. I'm ready to spend money, guess I'll have to do it online and forgo verizon expertise....
BTW, 15 year customer . . Tomorrow is my birthday... no self gift this year ...

When we went in there the guy was roud and didn't want me to help out. He had us pay the bill on a machine and didn't say anything about not being able to get the change back. extremely disappointed and now debating on changing phone providers

You’re better off shopping online. Ive gotten 3 devices from this location. Every time they are real nice until the sale has been made then there is no after sale customer service. No help setting up your phone. All three times I’ve had to spend endless time on the phone with customer service getting my devices to work. One I had to go to an Apple Store. The last phone we tried to purchase their system was down and had us order it online. I was told it has a delay on the online order. We were instructed to come back in 30min. When we came back they bagged our phone up and just handed it to us when we got there. Nothing more said other than here you go. While in the parking lot we realized we needed to turn in the trade in phone. Went back in and had a nicer person helped us out and made sure the phone was backed up and erased. After getting home and waiting for it to fully charger we found out you need your old phone to set up your new phone. Kinda hard when you turned it in. Tried calling 20min before closing and no one answered. After a couple tries the phone changed and was forwarded to the 1800 number still within business hours. The automated system makes it nearly impossible to talk to a human. That alone with everything else make me want to switch carriers. The only thing stopping us was the nice guy in India that helped us. It’s sad the real customer service had to come from the other side of the world.
