Went to this store located at 3130 Bill Arp Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135. Once getting to the store on 12/10/25 around 4:30PM the associates could not help us after spending 40 mins with them. When it was simply just picking up a phone, after we got an email in the morning saying your phone is ready for pickup ??? They could not figure out their job and said they can’t figure out how to “process it out” Talking about inventory issues. Not a customer issue. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever seen. We have paid this company 300 - 500 dolllars a month for several years, not what I expected for a company like this, shame on the management at this location.
