Was told I would have new phone within 2 days. In the store on Sunday, November 16 and today is the 19th and no phone. I am a business owner and stressed that when I went in the store. The young lady that assisted seemed like she had just woke up. I am very unhappy about this. Don't make promises you can't keep.

I came in needing assistance with my Apple ID password, Mahari spent so much time trying to help me.. she went out of her way to fix the issue. She was knowledgeable and friendly, and also empathetic and understood the frustration! She was an absolute jewel!!! Excellent Customer service! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My wife's phone wouldn't turn on so we brought it there to troubleshoot and hopefully fix it. The woman, i think her name was Akila, was either lazy or a liar or likely both. She said there was nothing she could do since the phone wouldn't turn on and said she couldn't take it apart. That's a LIE. the phone CAN be taken apart to check the battery and see if that's the issue. All the woman did was sell my wife a new phone they she probably didn't need. She didn't care about helping the customer, which is her JOB. She just wanted to make a sale. We will NEVER be going there again. I'll shop at 3rd party stores or online. Anything to stay away from Verizon. Despicable trash. They've lost at least 6 customers today, as my family is a bigger one. And I'll be telling the rest of my extended family about it as well who also have all been using verizon up to this point.

Got here at 6 store closes at 7 employees were not busy towards this last hour had me sitting for 30 minutes just to come tell me they are closing soon and cannot help me upgrade. Almost like they were just wanting to leave already and not help. After I walked out surely the employee that seemed like she didn’t want to help walked out the store right behind me. I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 17 years and this store let me down. I still have faith in the service though just not this store.
