Firstly, the store reeked of weed and the employees were loud and unprofessional. The woman who assisted us was distracted and rude, even answering a phone call briefly in the middle of our conversation. She was obviously uninformed about the store's policies and did little more than read from a script. Very poorly run store.

Apparently you cannot cancel Verizon service at a Verizon store and have to call - very logical decision on Verizon’s part, if this is actually true. Avoid.

Jazz assisted me first, and although Jazz is the manager, you wouldn’t know it by the way they worked alongside the team—treating staff with genuine respect and creating a very welcoming environment. When Jazz had to step away, Jay jumped in seamlessly and the high level of customer service never dropped. The transition was smooth, knowledgeable, and efficient. On top of that, the music selection in the store was top tier and added to the overall vibe. This location clearly values great leadership and a consistent customer experience. I would highly recommend getting assistance from this store.

Yesterday, I encountered an employee sleeping - yes, with head in folded arms - on the counter while an agent tried to work with me. Apparently, the gentle sounds of business being conducted were too much for her because she woke up, looked in our direction, rolled her eyes, and went back to sleep. Is anyone in charge of this lethargic and inconsiderate group of sales reps????!
