    I came into the Verizon store on November 4th around 4pm to replace a lost iPhone and update my service plan, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The technician who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. From the moment we began the interaction, he seemed irritated and disinterested in assisting me. He refused to make eye contact, physically shrugged off my questions instead of using his words, and when pressed, even told me he couldn't help me--saying the only thing I could do was go through the Verizon app, despite the fact that I had no phone to do so and we were physically in a Verizon. His behavior made it very clear he wanted to be elsewhere and let me figure it out on my own without assistance. I was treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer. At one point, he seemed completely content to let me leave the store without a replacement phone, which is unbelievable given the reason I was there. This level of unprofessionalism reflects very poorly on Verizon and left me extremely dissatisfied. Please review acceptable customer service with the team member that was working at the time, he is a problem and is seemingly unfamiliar navigating expectations of his job responsibilities as a Verizon technician his as well as with conducting himself professionally.

    I just want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team at Verizon! The staff here are always so kind, professional, and truly make customer service their top priority. Just today, I came in with my new iPhone 17 Pro Max — the orange case I bought from Amazon was broken and stuck, and I was having trouble removing it. One of the gentlemen noticed right away and was so kind to help me get it off without hesitation. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. The staff treats you like family, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I appreciate them so much for always going above and beyond!

    Fake 5 star reviews about this person named george For god sake someone needs to take over this entire store because of this store stuff starting from manager George mattlock employee name helen the way he/she is acting is like they don’t give a damn and there is no one above them to complain to .im thinking to cancel my service with Verizon because of these people here is what happened went to exchange number at my own phones because one of my phones was broken they said i have to call customer service so we called customer service after 40 min he missed up both of my numbers and then he told me that why they are not doing it at the store he said the easiest why is to do it at store i asked manager why said it’s not over problem and now I’m standing there no phone service then i said for god sake please just active one of my number so i can go home after spending 2.5 hours couldn’t get an easy thing done i asked for his name refused to give it to me asked about corporate number refused to give it to me what a mess.

    George has some of the best costumer service that I had experienced in a Verizon store. He walked me through all my issues and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. Jazz have very good costumer service as well as I observed her with others including myself. I left the store very happy and I WILL NOT go anywhere else with my Verizon services. The Verizon store on 2570 Blackmon Dr in Decatur work together as a team to satisfy all the costumers. Thank you guys soo much!
