    Excellent Service! Chelsie at Verizon provided an outstanding customer experience. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services. Her people skills are top-notch, and she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to receive service with a genuine smile and such expertise.     I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jay at Verizon! Before I came in, I honestly didn’t think I would even be able to get service — I just knew I needed a phone. Jay went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thanks to him, I walked out with a new iPhone 17 Pro Max, an Apple Watch, and a tablet! He was patient, knowledgeable, and really cared about helping me find the best options. I truly appreciate everything he did — if you need great service and someone who’s willing to go the extra mile, ask for Jay!

    This was a very tough experience. My phone went dead on Saturday and on Sunday I came in spent the day with a technician. The phone will not work had to order a new phone that came in a day later took a day off to go to the Verizon and Mya was my Contact person and she was absolutely excellent to the point that she got my original phone working. She made a bad experience turned good. I would recommend this location. Flat shows Verizon to anyone. I’ve been to many and everyone here was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

    Corey Jones, the manager at Verizon, was amazing! He was very helpful, polite, and patient the whole time. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I really appreciate his great customer service and the way he handled everything.
