    Worst customer service! Loyal customer for over 23 years. The Verizon agent at this store added 2 random phone numbers that belong to people I do not know. They refuse to take them off. They refuse to help me at all. They have now removed my military discount. I am now leaving Verizon and encourage other to do the same.

    Walked in to w walnut ave store to shop and upgrade my phone ( I have 7 lines ) the only thing they said to me is hello!!! Been in the store for over than 30 minutes looking at the new apple phones and no one reached out for me or asked if I needed any help, later after one of the associates ( the girl ) I’m not sure if she’s the manager or just normal assistant… she was so loud to the point everyone in the store knew she was mad bout the working schedule and she was talk so loud that I literally left the store cause her unprofessional acting beside I can’t handle her unprofessional way of talking and yelling!! This is not the first time I walk in the store with no one to help or ask me if I needed any assistance…. More training need to be done!!

    I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. When asking questions about my plan, the staff literally folded their arms at me and told me my plan was “for elderly people.” Not only was this incredibly rude, it felt like blatant age discrimination. Rather than offering support or guidance, the tone was dismissive and condescending from the moment I walked in. I left feeling completely unheard and frustrated. This is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I hope Verizon addresses the training and professionalism at this location, because customers deserve far better than this.

    My mom passed 7 months ago.I have been into the location 3 separate times with a death certificate. A very unhelpful lady tells me customer service will call, that never has happened. Customer service tells me that the Corporate store needs a copy of the certificate and to go there. They have been told to cancel and are still try charging my mother's account. So glad I left verizon.

    Went in needing technical help for iPhone issues because there was a 40+ minute wait time on 611. Was told to purchase Apple care plus for $10 a month and try getting Apple to help me with my phone problems which are: voicemail and WiFi related. I haven’t been able to set a 4 digit voicemail password since I opened this line months ago and have spent dozens of hours on the phone with Verizon and in person at different stores. At one point, I couldn’t access my voicemail at all, and my voicemail prompt was for a completely different person/phone number. Verizon ended up overnighting me a new phone, which didn’t solve the issue, and now I can’t use WiFi. The guy at Verizon said that’s a hardware issue. Just got off the phone with Apple support. The phone passed all of the hardware diagnostics that Apple ran. I am at my wit’s end and will never go with Verizon again. As soon as I can pay off this phone, I am going to another carrier, and possibly trying Android again. Apple and Verizon keep passing the buck back and forth between each other, and no one is resolving my issues. Meanwhile, I’m paying $100 a month for an i phone 15 with serious voicemail and WiFi problems. Verizon isn’t fulfilling their end of my user agreement, and they know it, but they literally do not care.
