We were looking at a product for my husband it had a sale price on it, this was a printed sign behind the item. We told the salesman we would like to purchase the item. When he rung it up the price is not the sale price. When he question another associate he was informed that the sale was over. The manager was sitting at one of the stations so the associate inquired and the sale price. She stated we didn’t change the signs, all the while3 or 4 employees was gathered around her cutting up. I commented I would be reaching out to Verizon and she said go ahead. Still sitting there not removing the signs. Poor customer service extremely poor management.

You can’t talk to anyone you can’t get help from anywhere calling the main number they put you on hold for an hour and still no one answers to help you. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!!!
