- KKKelly KaleDec 31, 20255.0Went there New Year’s Eve because I had a problem on my current order. When I tell you Mike sat there and got me right! What’s even crazier is he was able to delete my current order, make a new one and magically no down deposit on a New phone. He even recommended a bunch of money saving plans like the Apple Music and YouTube premium ( mind you I wasn’t told any of this information and I was just at another Verizon location the day prior).. Long story short Mike was extremely helpful, informative and honestly made the end of my year so much better. I wish Mike and the whole Verizon team at this location have an amazing blessed life. Thank you Mike and give him a raise!

She is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I wish more people were like her in retail and I honestly believe that Verizon needs more people her. I will continue to use this store and Verizon because of how well she does her job and treats me and every other customer I see her take care of.
