  Autumn, Keisha, and Robin had unbelievable customer service. I'm very grateful to have them help me with my device. They were patient and treated me with respect. I recommend them and the Cumming location.

  Did not tell the truth about phone upgrades. Did not understand transfer process. Over an hour wait each time you visit no matter what time of day.... I am done.

  This review is for this individual store location and the people in it only. Verizon as a company and their corporate customer service and fraud departments are completely useless and incompetent. I want to highlight efforts from two key members of the team at this store, Kai and Autumn are amazing and did everything to help me on a customer service issue that i’m sure they don’t get paid anything to help with. Summary of situation: we had two phones ordered fraudulently on the account months ago. The fraud case was resolved within the same day it occurred. I was charged for the two phones ordered with no credit or reimbursement ever applied to my account as a correction to the fraud. The fraud issue lead to snowball of other issues leading to discounts getting removed, plans being changed and increased, and unnecessary charges being added to the account. The total amount I over paid after all of this was over $650. I spent 15-20 hours on the phone with Verizon being bounced around between customer service and the fraud departments, was promised several times of a resolution within 24 hours but never received follow up communication, nor any progress in the situation and never any credit to justify all the mistakes. I walked into this store as a last resort before taking my business to another carrier. The issue is still on going but these two ladies are fighting for me because they see the legitimate issue son the account that are present. They don’t get paid to do this and are experiencing the same headaches with the corporate line that I have dealt with but are putting in a fantastic effort nonetheless. I’m not sure if I will keep my business here unless this issue gets resolved, but wanted to highlight the level of service and effort this store and the ladies; Autumn and Kai have put forth to help me with this issue. Go visit this store and these ladies for help.

  Setup new service ( traded in 2 phones and got an apple each). Kai helped me, she was very professional and provided great customer service. I love my new gadgets. Will recommend. Thank you!

  My father came to this location a little while ago to trade in his phone. There was an error in the system that did not show the promotion that was in the online order, however he was lucky enough to work with Autumn Mooney and William Hutchinson. They went above and beyond, even staying after closing to make sure that we were able to get the promotion (Even when customer service would not cooperate). These two representatives showed fantastic service and they deserve a raise.
