The Sales Associate sat on her own phone looking at Apartment Complexes and talking about the rent while we were struggling with checkout. We finally independently figure things out and the phone she said was available was “now allocated to someone else in the store.” We were now suggested to drive all the way down to Alpharetta to an entirely different store. Good job making paying customers feel supported.
