Usually when getting a new phone or switching providers its boring and all they want is money, this time i laughed so hard I almost peed myself. I cannot say enough about the store manager, Miss Lena and her associate, Mr. Jacob at the Cartersville Ga Verizon store Not only were they extremely extremely patient with me, they were extremely knowledgeable. They fixed all my issues. They saved me some money and helped me get my mother into a better phone that fit her needs. There were some issues that came up that had nothing to do with them, I do not suggest calling their *611 customer service, but Ms Lena and Mr Jacob went over and beyond in helping me straighten Issues I honestly never feel one way or the other about phone service as long as it works BUT customer service like this in this day and age is hard to find and they’ve definitely have made me a believer in their customer care and cemented a long time customer THANK YOU BOTH and your whole staff! I’m so grateful for your help and patience 🙏

She was so kind to my aunt and helped her stay in her budget and took the time to get her phone set up. She was so helpful and nice it just made my aunt's day!
