I am so frustrated I have double charges, and other charges which are still not taken care of because I can't seem to be able to actually get a live agent to handle my problems. I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years and Verizon doesn't seem to really care about their old customers as much as getting someone new into the door. I am really considering going to another carrier. My bill jumped up about $40 and I refuse to pay $156 a month for a phone. Please contact me and deal with this
