He tried several options and final he discover that there was a problem with screen time! In a few minutes he resolved my problem! I was happy to go there and thankful that it was resolved quickly! Another lady was there and as she left she mentioned that there is always someone at this location to help us ! I agree!👍 Since I bought my iPhone I always get great customer service! Kaydence was there to help us and we were very lucky to have her to assist us. She was so very nice and really knew the plans and was able to help us decided what worked be for our needs. Kaydence had two other customers and was able to assist us all, while multi tasking and she didn't miss a beat. She was also very kind and patience as we had two small children with us. Kaydence help us pick the right plan and phone and then did the data transfer for the phones. Kaydence was professional, knowledgeable, but most of all helpful and so very nice. She made a sometime difficult thing (getting a new phone) very easy. I highly recommend this store especially if Kaydence it there.
