    Verizon in Braselton Ga was great. The representatives were amazing and they like me are fed up with the customer service on the phone. They wouldn’t listen to me or the representatives. Verizon tighten up and let the representatives handle everything at the store.

    Last week I went to the store in Braselton to see if I could resolve a problem with my iPhone since my Id was grayed out! A young man named AKBAR, helped me ! He tried several options and final he discover that there was a problem with screen time! In a few minutes he resolved my problem! I was happy to go there and thankful that it was resolved quickly! Another lady was there and as she left she mentioned that there is always someone at this location to help us ! I agree!👍 Since I bought my iPhone I always get great customer service! Congrats Verizon ! 👏👏Sincerely…a 20+ years happy customer!
