Telling me all the deals and letting me know my insurance options for next time so when my phone breaks I won’t have to get out of pocket, also going above and beyond letting me know another line on my plan was due for an upgrade and what phone would be best for our lifestyles! I’ve never been so in and out of a Verizon so quickly and efficiently! I’m a proud owner of a iPhone 16 pro and will continue to go to Verizon in blue ridge! 🥰
