The wait time was a little long but that’s only because all 3 employees had customers and there were other customers waiting too. I listened how patient, knowledgeable and professional she was and was very happy it worked out that we got her to assist us with the upgrade. She verified with us all items and services we had currently and made sure all the available discounts got applied to our account for the upgrades. Ty, Sarah for all of your help! With people like you at the helm, it makes us feel good that we chose to stay with Verizon.

Robert did a awesome job explaining and helping my friend get all set up. While I was waiting Sarah had over heard how much I was paying and I guess something didn't seem right. So she checks out my account and she sees a mistake from a promotion that i was offered but didnt get from like a year and half ago. She ended up making it right and now im paying less per month plus back pay towards my bill. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend.
