The sales assistants like to talk your ear off about nothing and not explain what your paying for, they fold up your receipt and put in bag, then when you ask questions everyone is to busy to help! And lie to you! I was told I could bring my router back is i didn't like it, LIES! Took me 6 months for them to stop charging me for internet after I returned the item.
