- AAAnna Addcox3 days ago1.0Made an appointment, but this location is exclusively first-come-first-serve, so don’t recommend making an appointment. Told the rep I was there to trade in my devices, and I started the processes, including turning on both old phones to confirm they were wiped. He took one to the back. After all that he said I couldn’t turn them in there and had to go to a corporate location. One of the old phones he’d turned on was now showing up on Find My app, so I asked if what we had done to my old phone had transferred the data back to it. He laughed and said “why would it do that?” When I said I was asking because I didn’t know, he laughed and walked away. I had to request my other phone back, since he’d taken it to the back. Very disappointed.

After working with 4 other previous in-store Austell reps and a couple of phone reps for the same issue over the span of about a month, she was the one that worked diligently to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Frustrated was an understatement by the time I got to her but she was thoughtful, listened intensely and was extremely patient. When it was all said and done, my bill was lower than expected. This was due to her persistence. She is a true jewel and I am so thankful for her assistance.
