I even witnessed them taking FOREVER to get to two other customers and they walked out immediately. So as my brother and I received new phones from them, we tried to trade them in. They said we didn’t need to. They said that we had 30 days to trade them in. But they NEVER explained why that was important. They never explained the $800 credit we would receive for the phones. They LIED, so NOW our bill is $1700. DO NOT go to this Verizon. These guys are awful!!!
