The “specialist” that was assigned to us had no idea what she was doing, had to do our service in 4 transactions bc their system kept crashing. We are now paying for stuff that we didn’t even ask for, and two of our lines aren’t even working!! Kristal Toombs, whom was the “specialist” promised to have our bill lowered and add our military and student discounts and we haven’t seen the first one applied! This store is a joke! And now all of the reps have been transferred to different stores and now we are stuck and nobody can help us!!! Complete bullshit!

Once onsite, I was told I needed to mail my old phone which would have been a huge inconvenience. Thankfully, Chris R was quick to help and got me on my way in no time. It was such a pleasure (and rarity in this day and age) receiving such great customer service. Thank you again, Chris!
