    Why does it have to be so difficult to return an item? Why do I have to take it to the UPS store? Why does it have to be in the system for you to accept it? This is why you’re a terrible company.

    Terrible service. Antoine is incompetent and a rude person. When trying to figure out pricing, he doesn't give anything official. And if you push back on his attempt to say Verizon is less expensive, he comes up with lame reasons.

    Never place an online order with this store as the pickup location. Unprofessional way of doing business. I placed an online order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max and selected this store for pickup. More than four days passed without any pickup notification. When I went to the store, an agent told me that no device had been assigned to my order because they had no phones in stock—and worse, they admitted they don’t check online pickup orders very often. I was asked to cancel my online order and place a new one directly in-store to ensure a device would be assigned. I initially left without placing the order and called customer service to explain the situation. Since we were about to travel out of the country, I had no choice but to return to the same store to place an in-store order for faster pickup. I finally received the phone, but after getting home, I realized the agent had messed up the order by not adding the trade-in. This led to yet another call to customer service, costing me several more hours just to make sure I received the same Black Friday deal I was originally promised. Overall, this was a very frustrating and time-consuming experience.

    Placed an online upgrade/phone in-stock for pickup. 3-days went by and never received any ready for pick up or any update at all. Went to the store to figure out what was going on and they stated they don’t check online orders often enough and sold it. I asked if I could get another color in stock but told me I had to call and cancel my existing order which I later learned talking to Verizon customer service was not true. They also started helping another walk-in that arrived after me while I was still in the middle of needing help and forcing me to wait and further waste my time. Needless to say I walked out and called Verizon direct which took another 2-3 hrs of my time on the phone to resolve the mess it created for me. I’ve been a long time Verizon customer and this was the worst store experience. I will not be back to this location.
