He never received the recognition he deserved for his efforts, and I want it to be known how deeply I appreciate him. Because of Dorian, I will continue to stay with Verizon.

I came at 11 AM when the store was supposed to be open from 10 AM, but the door was locked. After standing outside, knocking, and waiting for about five minutes, someone finally opened the door. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment… just a rude attitude right from the start. I asked him about a current Verizon promotion, and not only was I given incorrect information, but when I pointed it out, I was brushed off with, “I don’t know about that,” and told that online deals are different from in-store deals. Funny enough, I went straight to another Verizon store afterward, and they immediately knew what I was talking about and helped me without any issue. This location completely failed to meet even basic expectations. Thoroughly disappointed and won’t be coming back.
