The manager, Stevie, appeared annoyed that I came in with an issue. He wasn't helpful either. I would suggest going to another location with higher reviews. Do not dismiss the reviews for this location.

He was knowledgeable and took extra care to ensure we left that day with everything we needed or needed to know. Fun Fact: My first cell phone was a Nokia on Verizon. I guess you can say "I'm Back". I'm loving the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, as well as, the perks of being a Verizon Wireless customer.

VERIZON LOST A CUSTOMER DO NOT SHOP HERE Still traumatize by this store customer service. It was my son bday and he still refused me and the store was not closed. Went to Buckhead location and they were excellent and extended so much effort in helping me.
