Although there was a long line Mrs. Williams, Brittany treated every customer like a person and not a number. She ensured that she had an overall understanding of each person's visit and made recommendations on how to each person's needs before meeting a team member. Some customers came in with less than great attitudes. However, her leadership and professionalism help to brighten the customers day. I had pleasure of meeting with Mr. Thalia Hudson, his knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology put him in positions to help more than few customers at the same time, meanwhile still maintaining a high level of professionalism. I am an IT graduate, I was amazed at the knowledge he possessed both on Verizon products and helping fellow employees better understand how IT products work outside the store. The business Representative ( Jason) will say he’s going to stop by my office but he’s a no call no show guy. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to return the internet equipment. My advice Cheaper is not always Better.
