When I got my bill I realized I was overcharged a crazy amount so I reviewed it, and the sales rep lied about promotions and added stuff to my account without my knowledge, on top of this she added an ENTIRE LINE. The customer service was absolutely horrendous.

I tried to set up two new lines only to find out the lady that helped me added three different numbers to my account. Have yet to receive a refund for this. Additionally she added a hotspot to each of my lines without even telling me. Overall this experience sucked, I should’ve just stayed with my previous service. Don’t recommend this store at all.
