Fred took a complex problem caused by another Verizon associate no longer employed and after 3 hrs on one visit and 1hour on a separate day arrived at a solution acceptable. During this time he worked with Verizon associates in the store, Verizon support outside and even warehouse associates. His excellence in problem solving, professional work ethic and never quit mentally was exactly what was needed. Fred went above and beyond to help fix a problem instead of chasing a commission like others have in the past. His integrity and hard work should not go unnoticed. VERIZON PROMOTE FRED IMMEDIATELY AND GIVE HIM A BONUS. Thank you for your support and assistance.
