- CGcamila gallegos6 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. Abass had no idea what he was doing, he lied and charged us for things we didn’t had to pay. I also had to call customer service multiple times to fix the mess he made. I am not at all a person to leave a bad review, but this is a literal mess. He gave me a plan that I said multiple times that I didn't wanted. In my bill there were two phones (I only got 1) - he also lied to my parents when they got their phone, saying that he was going to waive fees (he didnt) and we had to call customer service again. Seriously a terrible experience.

As a gay male, they ignored me and treated me like a criminal to the point where the manager said and I quote “Freshly printed ID from this morning i see” and I was like um, haha what?! I was so kind to them and they treated me like a criminal. They have been reported to multiple business bureaus as well as Verizon themselves. This store is unkept TRASH in a wealthy neighborhood, managed by TRASH. Shame on this store, Verizon! You have a lawsuit waiting to happen with the people managing this store
