This store is worse than a car dealership. I was treated terribly and sold a fraudulent plan.
They kept changing the offer they were giving me, and the salesperson kept going back to talk to the manager, and each time the deal fluctuated. I came in wanting an iPhone 17, but instead I was sold an iPhone 16 Pro for what I was told would be $18/month for 36 months, and that I would have to trade in my phone. I went with that deal because at least I was getting a discount. When I signed, I saw that the price didn’t match what I was told. They swept it under the rug, saying, “You’ll see it adjusted on your statement.”
My bill shows I am paying $30.55/month. That’s not what we talked about. I went back to trade in my old phone on another day after prepping it, and they refused to give me a receipt for the transaction. After I asked nicely multiple times, the manager finally rolled her eyes at me, went to the back, finally came out with a printed receipt, shoved it in my hands and said, “here you go!” With a nasty, “now get out!” Sort of tone. I will never patronize this store or Verizon again. The service in the Orlando area is poor, anyway. We are calling corporate to get the bill sorted out. If that isn’t possible, I’m cancelling service and getting a 17 on a different carrier, since I’m paying over $1,000, anyway….
I originally went to the Verizon store in Clermont because I was coming from AT&T and only wanted to compare pricing. Unfortunately, the experience there was awful. The staff was unhelpful, unwelcoming, and made my mother and me feel like an inconvenience. We left frustrated and ready to walk away from Verizon altogether.
Thankfully, we decided to visit the Verizon store in Winter Garden next, and that is where we met Christopher. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain plans, pricing, and perks clearly and patiently, making sure both my mother and I fully understood everything before making a decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured.
Christopher is the main reason I switched to Verizon. His customer service, professionalism, and people skills were outstanding, and the contrast between our experience in Clermont and our experience in Winter Garden was night and day. Verizon truly needs more employees like him and should seriously consider having him train others on customer service and communication, because his approach is exactly what customers expect.
He went above and beyond for both my mother and me and deserves a raise for the level of care and effort he puts into his work. As long as Christopher is employed at that location, I will continue to return. He is an excellent all-around person and a phenomenal representative for Verizon.
I came into this Verizon store with my wife and kids to get a new phone, and I honestly wasn’t expecting much after a pretty rough experience the day before. I had worked with someone named Tre previously, and to be completely transparent, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I left frustrated, confused, and seriously considering going somewhere else entirely.
That all changed the moment we worked with Christopher.
From the very beginning, Christopher was a complete professional. He greeted us warmly, made my family feel welcome, and immediately took control of the situation in the best possible way. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind — especially important when you’re dealing with a family and kids in a store setting.
Christopher took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly while setting up our phones. He never rushed us, never made us feel like a burden, and never talked “at” us. He explained things in a way that actually made sense, answered every question with confidence, and made sure we were fully comfortable before moving on to the next step. You could tell he truly cared about doing the job right and making sure we left happy.
The difference between my experience the day before and my experience with Christopher was night and day. Without exaggeration, this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had at any Verizon Wireless store in my life. Christopher is not just a great employee — he is a pivotal asset to this company. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.
Because of Christopher, I will absolutely be returning to this location in the future, and I will specifically ask for him. If Verizon is smart, they’ll do everything they can to keep him and recognize the value he brings.
Thank you, Christopher, for turning what started as a frustrating situation into an outstanding experience. Verizon needs more people like you.

Wow where do I even begin? This stores customer service is absolutely awful. Ordered and paid for a phone and drove 40 miles to pick it up just to be told they don’t have it. I asked the manager Emmios to call surrounding stores to see if they had it and he told me that’s not his job and laughed in my face. No wonder this store has a 3.5/5 on google. Awful customer service

Let me say that Verizon experiences in the past have always been painstaking and long. I switched to T-Mobile for 7 years just to be done with them. That being said I’m also not someone who takes time to write reviews, but I have to say that Alejandro F was truly exceptional. Despite the store being completely packed, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. He took a significant amount of time to carefully listen to my concerns, patiently answer every question I had, and thoroughly break down my bill so I could clearly understand each charge. He didn’t stop there—Alejandro proactively explored alternative promotions and priced out an alternative better plan; genuinely trying to find a better deal that would benefit me, even though it required extra effort on his part. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire interaction. It’s rare to encounter an employee who is so committed to customer satisfaction, especially during a busy shift. Alejandro went well above and beyond what was expected, and his dedication made a stressful situation much easier. I sincerely appreciate his hard work and outstanding service.
