- GNGoon New4 days ago1.0Stay away from this location at all cost. I Ported A phone number over from another top phone carrier. Upon doing so Verizon lost my number and had to assign me a temporary number. Well that temporary number is now my main number. The store is extremely unprofessional. The workers here are extremely incompetent and don’t know how to follow simple porting instructions. The young nerd who assisted me had no knowledge of the system. The assistant manager with the beard and glasses at the time did not want to assist. I became irate and that’s when the manager finally stepped in. This store has given me the runaround about my phone number. I have had that phone number for years and they have lost it. Completely regret not only coming to this location, but switching to Verizon as a whole. I find it extremely hard to believe that this is a corporate location. The reps here do not uphold the Verizon standard in any way shape or form. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and be speaking with my lawyer in regards to this.

I understand they close at 6 but i was calling to buy a phone, so I wanted to be in and out. They ended up denying me service at 5:50 ( because it’s store policy the representative told me) , 10 minutes before they close. So ended up going to T-mobil, they close at 7. When I got there, it was 6:30 and they had a few clients they were attending. They ended up taking me and I even left at 7:30. Point is, this place needs better customer service that will attend to you and not make you wait 40 minutes just to tell you no. I’m no longer a customer with Verizon
