Also made sure that my Verizon bill is just about the same, even with the new phone and extra features. Went above and beyond to make sure my older phone was transferred correctly into my new phone. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Special Thank You to Mateo, Jon Q, Mary and Hadeel for the extra help. Definitely will be returning to this Verizon store for all of my other purchases.
