Another customer came in after me an approached the desk so I also approached after I saw two gentlemen laughing and I asked if one could please check me in. One of the two checked me in and I produced my DL. He retrieved my new devise, had it in the bag. I know how to set up and did nit need assistance however I had a question regarding my iPhone. He proceeded to tell me that HE charges $100 cash per hour to work on phones. I was shocked and in disbelief. That’s a good side gig but after being a loyal customer I felt he was extorting me! His name is Ralph. He did not say the store charges that fee- he charges that fee…Because I didn’t accept his offer he basically dismissed me sort of slammed the bag with watch on bench next to me and told me to google and figure it out on my own -WOW ! Just WOW awful experience today!!!! Guess I will be googling today.
