They were very helpful and assisted me with all of my needs, especially the General Manager Latiesha Cook. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of her job. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely recommend this location to all. Five star service.

I call in and it is “do you remember the guy who sold it to you?” What in the world? Now I am just ticked. So it apparently is my job to keep track of their orders by my amazing memory recall. It should be oh let me look up your order and track the shipment for you. I requested to speak to a manager and hopefully this will be resolved. It is Jan 3. I just looked on the app. Get this. The wrong watch ordered and it was delivered on the 23rd to the store. The store has no “recollection” when I called in and no watch. WTH?
